Follow-up should reflect whether someone attended, what they engaged with and what next step actually fits.

Choosing webinar software?Start with your event format, integration needs, audience size and follow-up workflow. Then compare products at the configuration you actually need.

Segment first

At minimum, separate attendees from no-shows. When useful and supported, distinguish highly engaged attendees from passive viewers.

Send the promised assets

Replay, slides, templates or resources should arrive when you said they would.

Use one primary next step

Choose the most relevant action: reply, trial, demo, guide or another event. Too many competing CTAs reduce clarity.

Keep nurturing useful

If someone is not ready for a commercial step, continue with content that helps them solve the underlying problem.
